Indigenous Hospitality House (IHH) residents offer a peaceful, homely atmosphere for Indigenous people supporting a family member in Melbourne’s hospitals.
Supported by the Church of All Nations and by the Aboriginal and Islander Christian Congress, the IHH is is also supported by Christians of various denominations, other groups, individuals and volunteers. Since its birth in 2001, the Indigenous Hospitality House has received over 850 guests from across Australia via Aboriginal Liaison Officers in a range of hospital and communities. |

The IHH welcomed its first guests on 25th June 2001. Since then we have hosted nearly 850 guests. We are approaching our 8 year anniversary of welcoming guests into our home. We are grateful to all of you who have supported us, ensuring that we can continue to welcome indigenous guests visiting Melbourne for medical reasons. |
